At Pahadi Aura, we believe the journey of our ghee is as important as its making. From the pristine Himalayas to your doorstep, we ensure every jar travels safely and reaches you in perfect condition.

🔹 Order Processing & Dispatch

Since our products are made in small batches and hand-packed, we take care to ensure quality before shipping.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🔹 Shipping Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier logistics beyond our control.

🔹 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We may offer Free Shipping on specific order values (check current offers on the website).

🔹 Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email and SMS.
You can track your order status directly on the courier partner’s website or through the link provided.

🔹 Damaged or Tampered Delivery

Please do not accept the package if the seal is broken or the box looks tampered with.
If your jar arrives damaged or leaking, please take clear photos and email us at hello@pahadiaura.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will verify the issue and issue a replacement or refund immediately.

🔹 Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
Pahadi Aura is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
If a package is returned to us due to these reasons, a re-shipping fee may apply.
