At Pahadi Aura, every jar is crafted with care and packed to preserve the goodness of the Himalayas.

We take pride in delivering products that meet the highest quality standards, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔹 Returns Eligibility


Because our products are natural and food-grade, we can only accept returns in certain cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The product was leaking or broken upon delivery
  • You received a wrong size or variant

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery


🔹How to Request a Return


You can request a return in two easy ways:


Option 1 – Through Your Account (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your account on www.pahadiaura.com
  2. Go to My Account → Orders → Request Return
  3. Select the order and reason for return (e.g., damaged, wrong item, etc.)
  4. Upload product photos if applicable and submit your request
  5. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your request is reviewed

Our team will arrange pickup or replacement depending on your location and product condition.


Option 2 – Via Email (if you don’t have an account)

If you placed your order as a guest:

  1. Email us at hello@pahadiaura.com
  2. Include your order numberproduct name, and photos (if damaged)
  3. We’ll verify and get back to you within 24–48 hours with next steps


🔹Refunds


After approval:

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Amount is credited to your original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / Card)
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.


🔹Cancellations


Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless damaged or defective on arrival.


🔹Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food items (ghee, honey, herbs, etc.)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or special combo packs


🔹 Damaged or Defective Items


If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the package and product
  • Email them to hello@pahadiaura.com within 48 hours of delivery
    We will replace or refund the item immediately after verification.


🔹 Exchange Policy


We offer exchanges only for defective or wrong products shipped.

If you’d like a replacement for the same item, we’ll send it once we receive your returned product.
