What makes Pahadi Aura Ghee different from regular ghee?
Our ghee is made exclusively from A2 milk of indigenous Himalayan cows, which are free-grazing and grass-fed.
It’s handcrafted in small kitchen-style batches, not industrial plants, giving it authentic flavor, higher nutrition, and purity you can trust.
What does “A2 Ghee” mean?
“A2” refers to a specific protein type found in the milk of native Indian cows.
Unlike A1 milk (found in most hybrid cows), A2 milk is easier to digest, richer in nutrients, and free from inflammatory effects.
Why does the texture or color of my ghee vary slightly?
That’s actually a good sign! 🌞
Since we don’t use additives or stabilizers, color and graininess vary naturally depending on the season, feed, and milk quality, just like authentic homemade ghee.
Should I refrigerate the ghee?
No need! Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Natural ghee remains stable for months without refrigeration.
Is it tested for purity?
Every batch is lab-tested and certified by NABL-accredited laboratory (Govt approved):
